Preferred Vendors Expo

The Vendor Expo is the only on-campus event that specifically promotes our Preferred Vendors and presents the most meaningful opportunities to connect with our campus community. Vendors are included by invitation only by Procurement and Payment Services. This event provides vendors the chance to share information and ideas on products and services provided, showcase new offerings, establish buyer relationships and strengthen existing ones.

Hundreds of faculty and staff attend our Vendor Expo, creating the perfect place for vendors and Northwestern end-users to meet one-on-one to exchange ideas and discuss solutions.

2025 Preferred Vendor and Business and Finance Expo

This year, in addition to our Preferred Vendors, Business and Finance units will be available to answer questions from faculty and staff relating to fiscal year end, Procurement and Payment Services, Financial Operations, Budget and Planning, and Accounting Services for Research and Sponsored Programs (ASRSP).
